Logo Printing Options
- 印字 / Printing (Paint Printing)
Printing involves applying a logo or design onto the frame using paint or ink. This method is cost-
effective and allows for various colors. However, the durability may vary depending on the quality of
the paint and environmental factors like friction and sweat.
- 烫印 / Hot Stamping
Hot stamping uses heat and pressure to transfer a metallic or colored foil onto the frame.
It creates a shiny, premium finish and is more durable than paint printing. Common foil colors include
gold, silver.
- 镭射 / Laser Engraving
Laser engraving uses a high-precision laser to etch the logo directly onto the frame’s surface. This
method ensures long-lasting marking without fading or peeling. It is ideal for a subtle, high-end look,
especially on metal or acetate frames.
Paint Filling点漆
The logo/pattern is first etched onto the acetate frame using a laser, creating precise recessed
grooves.pecialized paint (usually UV-cured or enamel-based) is manually or automatically applied into
the engraved areas. The excess paint is wiped off, leaving only the engraved sections filled. The paint
is then cured (via UV light or air drying) for durability.
